This Technical Proposal presents the long-range hybrid fixed-wing loitering munition (hereafter “TZ-H70P”) offered by E-TOPONE Co., Ltd. The H70P is a hybrid propulsion, catapult-launched fixed-wing platform designed for long-endurance loitering strike missions, intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) tasks. This proposal is prepared specifically for DG RDE evaluation and potential procurement.
